Project Management

Project Management involves looking after our clients and their projects from start to finish. It means taking care of the individual elements of each build, and coordinating all of the myriad little details and changes that come along as well. We ensure that the project – no matter how large or how small, runs smoothly and efficiently.

This includes the transition from the approved design, to permits and permissions, budgets, scheduling and on to the building stage of the project, and guarantee work and after care. One of the ways in which we do this is by having most of the work on projects done by our in-house crews. Hard construction, masonry, carpentry, horticulture, lighting and irrigation are all elements that are capably handled by members of the D.A Gracey team. Any elements that we have to sub-contract are coordinated by us with companies we trust and deal with on a regular basis. We do this to protect your time and ensure that everything happens in a timely manner.  Swift transitions between the varying components of the projects means we minimize the disruption to your lives as much as possible and you get to the enjoyment stage of the project as quickly as possible.
