After the design stage where we go through the wants and needs of our clients we carry through to creating working drawings and construction details. A detailed budget and estimate of hours of work is part of the process. Laying out the design on site helps visualize the areas of work that will need to be completed, and how it will be completed in the most efficient and professional manner.

D.A Gracey completes most of their work with in house crews. We have two expert landscape construction crews. We have a horticulture crew as well as irrigation staff, stonemasons and a carpentry crew. All crews are led by well-educated, seasoned and experienced landscape foremen. They work from a set of landscape drawings that have carefully progressed from the design stage to working drawings and detailed construction details. Our foremen meet with Adam Gracey on site to discuss all aspects of the projects.

Our foremen arrange for the delivery of all materials to site, and correlate their skilled labourers in a harmonious manner to complete the efficient build of the design. Any changes to the design due to client input or site conditions is approved and completed without delaying the construction schedule. We work to a budget with both cost and time.
