The D.A Gracey Landscape Design Process
Consultation
Adam Gracey or a D.A Gracey Associate will make the initial consultation at your home. During the consultation we will offer insight into design ideas for your specific project and also review the scope of work you wish to have completed. During this visit we will determine whether or not a landscape design is required, and if so an estimate will be provided. We will also determine a construction cost budget to assist us through the design process.
Design Process
We will return in approximately 2 weeks with a concept plan showing all hard and soft surfaces, elevations, planting areas and material selections. During this visit we will review the design and also have a concept construction quotation. With your approval we will return 1-2 weeks later with a final plan and a final construction quotation.
Pricing
Our projects vary in size and complexity. Our average design fee is between $1,000.00 – $5,000.00
